2.     Complete an Eligibility Form

This is the form we use to decide whether to invite you to complete a full application form. You can submit an Eligibility Form at any time and we aim to respond to you by email within two weeks of submission.

3.     Complete a full Application Form

Following submission of the Eligibility Form we may invite you to submit a full Application Form. If we do, we will send you an email containing your unique username and password for accessing the full Application Form. Full applications are reviewed at quarterly Trustee meetings.
