Celebrate 'Apple day' this Autumn at Windmill Hill City Farm

Windmill Hill City Farm will be holding a fantastic event to celebrate national “Apple Day” this Autumn.  The event will include apple pressing, music, food, and lots of fun activities for all.

The Apple day fun will actually kick off on the Sunday before the event and YOU could get involved! As part of the farms  “Active Citizens” project, supported by Nominet Trust, the farm will be foraging for apples on local public spaces, which will then be pressed in their new apple press on Apple Day.

If you would like to join in, we will be meeting for the foraging walk, at the farm at 2pm on 14th October. http://www.windmillhillcityfarm.org.uk/projects/active-citizens.html
