As Head of Marketing and Communications, Rachael’s responsible for making sure people know what the Trust does and why. As well as increasing awareness of our aims and investments, she is also committed to demonstrating the positive impact of the internet on the lives and communities of the people benefitting from the projects supported by Nominet Trust.
Rachael has worked in marketing for over ten years, both client and agency side. Prior to joining Nominet Trust, she was an account manager at a marketing consultancy in Oxfordshire, where she looked after a number of large publishing accounts including the BMJ. Before this, Rachael worked in marketing at RM Education as their Customer Business Manager. During this time she was instrumental in building their customer advocacy programme and leading several successful marketing programmes.
