At On Road Media we've been working with the Single Homeless Project supporting their service users, who have experience of homelessness and/or addiction, with the development of their brilliant blog Unheard Holler. Our centre has been celebrating "Get Online Week" by hosting a series of training days across London. We've been training SHP service users to shoot videos and write blog posts in response to the August riots in England. The workshops focus on the London Riots because it's something many have strong feelings about and it provides a platform for interesting dialogue about the motivation behind the riots as well as society's response to them. It's fascinating to support them with capturing this material. They've been out on the streets of London talking to people and you can see some passionate responses in the videos here.more >
