A digital celebration for Digitally Sorted
|The Digitally Sorted project equips young people aged 12-15 with the skills they need to survive in, and make a positive contribution to, an increasingly digital world. Students at Penrice Academy and Bodmin College have taken part in a series of workshops and training activities exploiting the use of innovative technologies relevant to young people’s needs.
Students at the two schools recently hosted a celebratory webinar to showcase their work on the digitally sorted project. Thank you to year 9 student at Penrice Community College, Chloe Cannon and her friends for this guest blog:
“Digitally Sorted has been a really good experience for everyone, learning about our digital footprint and how to keep our online profiles safe.”
|Thank you to the Digitally Sorted team and the students at Penrice Academy and Bodmin College for inviting us to your fantastic webinar to see what you’ve learnt.
Digitally sorted is funded by Nominet Trust and throughout the project ambassadors and role models from the business community have provided ‘real world’ information on current and future business use of new technologies.
