Cockermouth Centre for the Third Age

The Cockermouth Centre for the Third Age secured investment to support the creation of a 'Virtual Centre'. Running alongside their physical Centre, it will help their community find the information, help and advice they need.

The 'Virtual Centre' will give local older people greater access to information on local services. Through increased use, it is hoped that it will encourage people to seek and provide help on a mutual basis.

The Cockermouth Centre for the Third Age aims to improve the wellbeing of older people in and around Cockermouth, Cumbria. It offers the community a meeting place, and help and support in finding the information, help and advice they need.
