Vicki leads the Trust and is one of our ‘old timers’, having joined in 2011. Since then, we’ve grown to become the UK’s leading funder of socially motivated tech. Vicki used to work for tech company RM Education, leading collaborative B2B and B2C programmes including Tesco Computers for Schools.
Deputy Director and Strategy and Partnerships Director
Ed leads the Trust’s strategy work and partnership development, his background is in social venturing and public policy. He joined the team from the Cabinet Office, where he led the government’s work on innovative finance – blending philanthropic and commercial investment to scale social ventures.
Jess heads up our Communications activities, from PR and events to brand and web development. Since 2012, she’s developed the Trust’s thriving community and has been pivotal in the evolution of NT100. Jess previously worked at RM Education, marketing tech to schools and building strategic partnerships with Education Authorities.
Amy nurtures all our applicants for grant funding throughout our engagement – from point of application, to close and evaluation. She provides a first friendly face and point of contact for all the organisations we support. Before joining the Trust Amy worked as a project manager, and project and finance co-ordinator.
Programme Development Manager
Annie’s role is to ‘keep it real’, ensuring our programmes, such as the NT100 and Digital Reach, are grounded in lived experience, strong evidence and shared inspiration. She has over 15 years’ experience in community and international development, testing new approaches to pernicious social problems.
Charlotte manages the Trust’s digital channels and online presence, organises events, produces digital content and oversees campaigns including the NT100. She joined the Trust team in 2013, and makes it her mission to inspire others by sharing great stories about the social impact of our investments.
Daniel is our evaluation expert and has the qualifications to prove it! He works with the organisations and programmes we invest in from the outset, supporting them in evidencing their social impact as they grow, then consolidating and sharing this learning. Daniel is also interested in agile and lean development.
Kathy has been with the Trust since 2012, and has plenty of experience in helping early-stage organisations to grow. She works closely with all the organisations the Trust invests in, as well as with collaborative partners, helping us maximise the social impact achieved with our grant funding.
Interim Transition Manager
Katy plays a key role in researching, designing and initiating our programmes in support of our vision. Her experience in opinion and policy analysis spans many of society’s most pressing challenges, and she has a wide knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Trupti manages the internal systems and processes of the Trust to support the team, our Board and funded projects. She has veritable encyclopaedic knowledge of the Trust, having been here pretty much since we started, alongside a wealth of experience in systems and reporting from her background in finance.
